Why is my order being shipped in different packages?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped out directly from a variety of our international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can!


Where's my tracking number?

Once an order has been processed, your tracking number may take 3-7 business days to be generated. Please allow 3-5 business days for your tracking information to be updated. Under certain circumstances, sometimes tracking numbers are not generated for certain items. However, if you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days and/or if the tracking status is "not available" within 3-5 business days from the time you received your tracking number, please contact us at

How can I track my shipment?

Tracking numbers are sent out 3-7 business days after your order. You can access your tracking number by clicking on the "View My Order" button within your confirmation email. Please check weekly as tracking will not update until your order has cleared customs within your country. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Once the shipment is already dispatched, estimated delivery is 12-20 business days for the US and 20-30 business days internationally. However, many of our customers receive their orders earlier than these estimated times. 

Please note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we are unable to control in addition to holiday seasons which may affect shipping times.

What happens if my package gets lost in the mail?
If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, we will do everything we can to sort you out with replacement, so please contact in the first instance. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

Will I be charged for customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US, which means you may be liable for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination - these are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
