I didn't receive an email about my order?

If you didn't receive an email confirmation (and/or tracking number), please check your spam folders first! If nothing is there, please contact support@flashpacker.com

Do you ship worldwide?


Where's my tracking number?

Once an order has been processed, your tracking number may take 3-7 business days to be generated. Please allow 3-5 business days for your tracking information to be updated. Under certain circumstances, sometimes tracking numbers are not generated for certain items. However, if you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days and/or if the tracking status is "not available" within 3-5 business days from the time you received your tracking number, please contact us at support@flashpacker.com.

How can I track my shipment?

Tracking numbers are sent out 5-10 business days after your order. You can access your tracking number by clicking on the "View My Order" button within your confirmation email. Please check weekly as tracking will not update until your order has cleared customs within your country. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Once the shipment is already dispatched, estimated delivery is 12-20 business days for the US and 20-30 business days internationally. However, many of our customers receive their orders earlier than these estimated times. 

Please note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we are unable to control in addition to holiday seasons which may affect shipping times. 

Can I cancel my order after purchase?

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 12 hours of confirmation via support@flashpacker.com. We will not be able to cancel any orders after 12 hours.

Do you keep my credit card details?

Your security is very important to us and we take it very seriously. Every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. We do not retain your credit information after your order is completed.
